Dolce has been selected as the contractor for the construction for the new condo complex 500 unit condominium. Just 1.5km from the sea in Layan, Phuket. Offering 1–4 bedroom apartments with panoramic views, world-class amenities including rooftop infinity pools, a water park, and managed by an international operator. Completion is set for Q4 2027, with rental yields projected up to 15% annually.
Sun Hills obtained the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) back in 2024 and official Building Construction Permit issued by the local government authority in April 2025.
Construction started in September 2025.
