Foundation work is well underway at the Sun Hills condo development in Layan Phuket, excavation through Phuket’s characteristically rocky laterite terrain, to precision formwork assembly and structural steel fixing — every phase has been executed with care and craftsmanship by the Dolce Construction team.
The scale of this foundation system reflects the ambition of what’s being built above it. Here the excavation for Septic tanks is being made with retaining walls, reinforced concrete columns — all the unseen work that makes great buildings possible.
