Work is progressing steadily on the Dolce Layan Beach Resort site in Phuket, with early-stage earthworks and ground preparation well underway. The site has been cleared and levelled, with significant excavation completed to establish the foundational footprint across the hillside terrain. Survey teams and site engineers have been active on the ground, conducting inspections and coordinating works alongside heavy machinery. Dolce Construction’s branded excavators are now operational, driving piles and preparing the base infrastructure. The surrounding hillside setting beautifully frames what is shaping up to be one of Layan’s most anticipated new resort hotel residential developments.
