We are currently working as the construction contractor in Phuket for the new 320 key hotel is set to open in Rawai Beach. The elegant hotel is set in a remarkable place. The Chatrium brand covers secluded sanctuaries where wellness, adventure, world-class service and gastronomy are a given. Construction
The Chatrium Hotel Rawai Phuket is a 320 room hotel currently being built by us in association with RITTA Co., Ltd.
Our Work
A list of the areas of construction works the team managed and carried out.
We have built 3 buildings C, D & G of a total of 6 buildings. Buildings C and D contain the main hotel facility including Lobby (foyer), reception, restaurant and gym. Building G is the Plant building which contains service equipment that’s needed to keep the building running; air conditioning, ventilation, heating and water. We are building the structure, interior & M&E.
