The One Naiharn Condominium Construction
We were selected as the complete construction contractor for the structural build for The One Naiharn Condominium build in Phuket. In association with Ritta Co,. Ltd. the main contractor we completed all the works to stringent standards.
The premium class condominium designed to combine the comfort of home ownership with the luxury of a 5-star hotel experience. Located at one the most beautiful areas of phuket on the southern tip of the island, there are 218 luxury units in an 8 story building.
Design
Modern architecture is fused with eco-friendly design. The fully furnished apartments include studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom layouts, and private balconies, open-plan living areas, and modern western kitchens.
The architectural design has been carefully created to blend in with its tropical surroundings. Larger units can be customised by combining layouts to suit individual preferences. The units provide ultra comfortable open-plan living. Large shaded windows maximise natural light and capture the spectacular views of the surrounding tropical greenery and water features. A large effort and investment has been made to source very high quality materials ensure durability, retaining the value of each unit.
Construction
We were chosen as the main construction company to deliver the structural build which was completed in 2024.
Facilites
The magnificent panoramic andaman sea view swimming pool with uninterrupted views set the tone for ultra modern condo-hotel thats located on the southern tip of Phuket.
Other facilities include a cool childrens play area, modern gym, lobby area with seating.

Site Preparation & Surveying
We engaged in the soil testing, in order to prepare structural load-bearing capacity and foundation design. Provided land clearance and utility connection planning for water, electricity and sewage.
Foundation Construction
The foundation is critical as it supports the entire building. The type of foundation depends on soil conditions and building height.
Excavation and Earthworks
The site is excavated to our structural engineers specified depth.
Foundations
Pile foundations were driven into the soil to support the required loads for thai & local building regulation standards.
Reinforcement and Concrete Pouring
Steel reinforcement bars (rebar) were added and concrete, which was sourced in Phuket poured into the foundation mold and cured.
Superstructure Construction
The primary load-bearing structure was created with steel reinforced columns. Floor slabs were positioned. Formwork was set, reinforcement is added, and concrete is poured. Reinforced concrete staircases and lift shafts were built alongside the structural framework.
Repetitive Floor Construction
The cycle of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring was repeated for each floor.
Roof Structure
The roof slab was added with waterproofing and insulation are applied to the roof slab.
Structural Inspections & Quality Control
Throughout the construction process we carried out our own inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Ritta Co., Ltd. also provided an engineer to oversee the passing of final quality control.
