Dolce are registered structural engineers and have full knowledge of local building regulations and regularly apply for building permits.

Founded by engineers

Dolce was founded by a group of engineers and the 15 year track record has been built up with delivery of M & E contractor projects, Aluminium and glass installations for some of the biggest clients in the whole of Thailand mainly in Chonburi. Dolce scaled up to full office builds over the years. With all this project delivery over the years we have grown and expanded our teams to complete to local building regulations in Phuket.

Construction services – 5 star standard

As part of our core services we have been providing architectural work, mechanical and electrical engineering as well as substantial highly skilled interior construction which is how we made a name for ourselves in 5 star hotel projects.

In house architects & engineers

We employ in house architects who work directly with our onsite engineers and construction teams to make sure the work is made to localised design drawings, building regulations and finish. This is just part of quality control.
