We provide a large scale renovation service for complete Resorts. We have architects on our team who can remodel existing buildings and make modern design improvements. We work on complete villa complexes, multiple condominium sites and hotel resorts here in Phuket. We conduct damage investigation, repair recommendations and bidding on complete renovation projects.
Our biggest structural construction project in Phuket is TheOne Condominium Naiharn, an 8 floor condominium with 218 rooms. The structure was completed in 2024. Dolce specialise in very high quality builds with reception & lobby areas, restaurants, swimming pools and gyms. In addition to construction we provide structural engineering and supply chain management, M&E mechanical & electrical systems, sanitation and interior. Dolce employs onsite architects.

In 2025 Dolce is working on the Chatrium Hotel Rawai Phuket in association with Ritta Co., Ltd. Dolce is building the main hotel buildings B & C and the service building G. We specialise in construction original creative designs working alongside renown architects & interior design studios. Dolce completed all the interior construction for the Arize Hotel in SriRacha including every one of the 379 rooms.
We have the capacity for new large scale villa complex’s and renovation of resorts in Phuket. We engage in building damage investigation and extensive repair recommendations.
